Although we seek to be as flexible as possible, our service to you will predominantly be based on the terms and conditions set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing an order. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. All sizes are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Please see our size guide.
Products are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail in the event that the products you have ordered are not available and we will not process your order.
We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of our products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to change the price of our products, although changes will not affect any order that us been accepted by us.
Formation of contract
A contract is formed between you and us once your order for the products has been accepted and we have confirmed our acceptance to you by e-mail. Upon our acceptance, your order will be processed and your credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the products (and any applicable delivery charges).
Delivery charges
A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Please see our delivery charges.
Dispatch
Orders will be dispatched within approximately 48 hours of us accepting your order.
Your Right To Cancel
You may cancel your order for any reason from the date of acceptance by us until dispatch of your order.
If you have already received your order, you have a period of 7 (seven) working days in which to cancel your order starting from the day after the day of delivery.
To cancel an order, please contact us by e-mail at info@procella.co.uk. Your cancellation will be effective from the date you sent us the e-mail. If you cancel the contract within this time, subject to receipt of the returned order as below, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
If delivery has already been made, you must return the products as soon as reasonably practicable. Products must be returned to us in perfect condition (i.e. unworn and suitable for resale) and with the original packaging.
Except where the product is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay the cost of the return postage, which will not be reimbursed. In the event that you require a replacement product, we will pay the postage. Please ensure your name, address and returns requirements are included.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
